Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with the team to understand problems, requirements, and goals.
  • Analyze data to identify trends, make informed decisions, and optimize performance.
  • Design, develop, and implement automated systems for reporting and other operational needs.
  • Continuously refine and improve tools, processes, and systems to ensure they remain effective and efficient.
  • Create dashboards and other visualization tools to communicate key metrics and insights.
  • Identify opportunities for innovation and improvement within existing workflows.
  • Work closely with digital marketing teams to support campaign optimization through data insights and automation.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in data analysis, reporting, and process automation.
  • Strong programming skills in languages like Python, SQL, or JavaScript.
  • Experience with reporting tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Google Data Studio.
  • Familiarity with APIs and integrating third-party tools into workflows.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
  • A strong understanding of digital marketing concepts, including campaign metrics and optimization strategies.
  • Strong communication skills to explain complex concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience in building custom tools or scripts for process automation is a plus.
